This cafe was literally around the corner from our hotel, so of course my friend and I had to come here for breakfast.
Such a cute, homey place. Very clean, which you can't always take for granted in a city.
The service was friendly and the food was tasty. My friend and I each got a galette. I got the "vegie" and a flat white. I forget what kind my friend got but we enjoyed them both very much.
I'll definitely come back here on future trips to London, especially if I stay at that hotel again. It seems like the kind of place where you can bring your laptop and hang out for a while, so I might do that (while continuing to make purchases, obvs - I'm not a monster). -

During my visit to London, while shopping, I wanted some coffee and wanted to try somewhere that was not in the U.S. so gave this place a try.
I didn't end up ordering a coffee but got an iced chai tea latte. It was very delicious except I asked for whipped cream but received just cream. Drink still tasted great but I would have preferred the whip cream. Normally I would have taken the drink back, but I was so thirsty! Lol.
Although the have quite a bit of food options, I opted just for a bag of salt and malt vinegar chips which were DELICIOUS! I just wanted a snack and the hit the spot.
As for the employees, the seemed nice and the seating area was very clean. Always a plus in my book.
Would I visit again if in London? Probably yes. -

We had a delicious crepe lunch here. Quaint stop and yummy food. Good coffee break.

For the two weeks I stayed around the corner from this friendly cafe, I must have eaten here four or five times and I enjoyed all but one of the sandwiches. They have a pretty good deal for an enormous baguette sandwich, potato wedges and a soft drink. I loved the ham and cheese and had that one at least twice. I also enjoyed the coffee here.
My first day in London, I stopped in here to get warm and to fuel up with caffeine and we had a little bit of a misunderstanding. I wanted a latte and they gave me an espresso with steamed milk - in a shot glass. Not being one to complain, particularly when it was probably my explanation of what I wanted that caused the confusion to begin with, I downed the shot and enjoyed the quick kick of warmth and caffeine before venturing out to get a lay of the land nearby the hotel. I figured out the trick to ordering for the next time and thoroughly enjoyed coffees here regularly.
The staff here really are very friendly and your food order pops up very quickly. I wish I had one of these near the office. -

I don't review often but this place was awesome. It was so delicious. I had the cordon bleu baguette, a bag of chips, and a San pellegrino, all for 5 pounds with the student deal. It's a great meal, has a great friendly staff, and has a tremendous atmosphere. A real gem.
